Miley cyrus made a statement with her red carpet look at the MTV European Music Awards (EMAs) on Sunday, Nov. 10  she wore a dress bearing both slain rappers Biggie and 2Pac at the MTV EMAs, with the message ‘STOP THE VIOLENCE’ plastered across the garment. The  positive message was somewhat  not so positive as she  twerked on stage with a dwarf while singing ‘We Can’t Stop’, and also smoked a joint !
